We started renting to students as far back as the 1970s when our founders, having experienced the bayswater bedsit, realised there was a niche in the market: fully equipped studios with their own kitchens and bathrooms. It was revolutionary! Quickly they established their client base: foreign students wanting a home in a very central london location for the academic year.
We’re not really an estate agent. What we do is manage our student apartments. We ONLY deal with the 5 buildings we manage on Craven Hill Gardens, the plus side of that is we know who your neighbours are and all your neighbours will be a little bit like you. Our office is around the corner from Craven Hill Gardens so we are close at hand should you ever need us, whether it’s getting your washing machine fixed, borrowing a mattress while your parents are visiting or looking after a pot-plant while you are on holiday….
